This spoon is made with a perfectly tempered mixture of smooth Belgian milk chocolate and caramel chocolate, oozing with caramel flavour and a touch of sea salt and topped with glittering gold.
Simply stir the spoon loaded with chocolate into a mug of almost boiling milk and watch as it gradually melts, making a delicious chocolatey drink. I’ve put lots of chocolate on the spoon, so there’s enough to take a lick of the melting chocolate as it drips from the spoon as well!
All spoons are individually wrapped in a cellophane bag with a fixed product label indicating full ingredients and instructions.
During the winter months, I make hot chocolate spoons in several flavours to offer alongside my hand painted mugs. I have been inspected and been given a 5 star rating from my local Environmental Health Officer.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, spices, sea salt, natural vanilla extract. Glitter decoration also contains sweetened condensed milk, glucose syrup, palm oil, butter, glycerine, glycerol monostearate, salt.
Minimum Cocoa Solids 31.2%.
